George Siemens and Stephen Downes will be offering a "Connectivism & Connective Knowledge" open course this year. It will start on September 14, 2009. It's free and open to everyone. But you can also enroll for credit.
Last year I enrolled as a non-credit student. The course was awesome in terms of breadth and depth and is a great experience for distance education students.
